PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT PRICES

The characteristics and prices of products in the Meadow Cosmetics online store are presented in connection with each product's description. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the relevant prices in the shopping cart before confirming your order. Product prices include VAT of 25.5%, which will be shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.


DELIVERY COSTS

Any delivery costs charged for an order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total sum of the order. You can view the delivery costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you confirm the order.


ORDERING AND AGREEMENT

You can order products from our Meadow Cosmetics online store by adding them to the shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the shopping cart via the payment service. By ordering from our online store, you are deemed to have familiarized yourself with and committed to our current terms of delivery. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order is binding, except for the right of cancellation mentioned later, and forms an agreement between us along with these terms of delivery.

UNDERAGE CUSTOMERS

If you are under 18 years old, you must secure your guardian's consent before placing an order. Orders from those under 18 are the guardian's responsibility.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and selectable in the shopping cart.

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER

The payment intermediation service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Paytrail Oyj serves as the payment intermediary and service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions and is an authorized payment institution. ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email address when placing the order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used. If, for some unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.


DELIVERY METHOD

We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose when placing your order.


DELIVERY TIME

Our most common delivery times within the EU area are 1–7 business days, depending on the order and delivery method.


FORCE MAJEURE

Meadow Cosmetics Oy is not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure refers to an unforeseeable and exceptional situation or event beyond Meadow Cosmetics Oy's control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with careful actions. These may include, for example, war, rebellion, natural disaster, exceptional natural phenomena, fire, strike, impediments to the supply of energy or raw materials, restrictions imposed by authorities, or other similar reasons. Customers will be informed of delays or other problems caused by force majeure as soon as possible.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS

90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Meadow Cosmetics products come with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can return it within 90 days and receive a refund for the price of the products.

Based on the satisfaction guarantee, we will refund the price of the products. Original shipping costs for the order will not be refunded.

We want you to be confident in your choice, so we understand that you need to be able to thoroughly try out the product. We believe so strongly in the quality of our products that, for example, you can usually use the first jar of cream until it's empty to truly assess the product's effectiveness. However, Meadow Cosmetics evaluates satisfaction guarantee and return situations on a case-by-case basis, so please always contact our customer service.

If you have purchased multiple products, we appreciate it if you return unused products in their original packaging. We reserve the right to evaluate return situations on a case-by-case basis to prevent misuse.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

As a consumer, you also have a 14-day right of cancellation for distance selling, as per the Consumer Protection Act. This right of cancellation begins upon receipt of the product. During the statutory right of cancellation, you can return the product without separate conditions or restrictions.

RETURN PROCESS

In case of a return, please contact moi@meadow.fi and state the reason for the return. You will receive a return code for our warehouse and more detailed instructions from us.

Pack the product carefully. Clearly write the return code you received on the package.

Take the package to your chosen Posti service point or parcel locker.

We will refund the price of the product (minus any return costs) to your account within 14 business days of the product arriving at our warehouse and being deemed eligible for return.

RETURN DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Returns are delivered via Posti using our warehouse's return ID. Remember to keep the receipt for the return until you have received confirmation of its receipt.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS

Failure to collect goods is not considered a customer return or cancellation as defined herein.

If the shipment is returned to our warehouse as uncollected, we will charge an additional fee of 10 € for re-delivery.

If a refund is requested for an uncollected order returned to our warehouse, we will deduct a 10 € handling fee from the refundable amount.

In return cases, refunds are always made to the payment method used in the order.


RIGHT OF EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange a product you ordered for another, please contact our customer service at moi@meadow.fi.

Please note that the right of exchange only applies to unopened products that are in perfect resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange opened cosmetic product packages. (If you have already tried the product, please refer to our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.) Product exchange is free of charge for you.

Proceed as follows:

In the email, state the reason for the exchange and which product you wish to exchange it for.

You will receive a return code and more detailed instructions from us.

Write the code on the package and take it to a Posti service point or locker.


SHIPMENT CHECK, ERRORS AND PROBLEM SITUATIONS

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, or if it otherwise does not correspond to your order or is defective, please notify us as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days, at moi@meadow.fi, so we can arrange how to rectify the error. In consumer sales, we adhere to the mandatory defect liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding defects.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Meadow Cosmetics Oy is not responsible for any indirect, direct, or other damages related to the order, delivery, or product, or caused by any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law specifies otherwise for such damage.
